Today's market has put a strain on interactions between different real estate professionals. One of the most tense is the relationship between the agents/brokers and the appraisers. All of these parties need to understand the other party's position. To help the consumers, agents and appraisers need to work together. Each party has a specific job. This course will provide information and knowledge to make the transaction proceed more smoothly through the appraisal process.
