Description

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate licensee with the paragraphs within the One to Four Residential Contract. This discussion takes a closer look into common errors, the meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the contract. After this course, participants will leave with a better understanding of the One to Four Residential Contract, commonly used addenda with the One to Four Residential Contract and the impact of the various provisions. The panelists of the Contract course do not provide legal advice, only best practices for the purpose of this course.

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on October 21, 2024. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on October 21, 2024.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on October 22, 2024, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course.

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to reschedule for another course of the same value with LAAR. Registration for the new class must be made by contacting LAAR within 7 days of the class cancellation. If registration has not been transferred within 7 days of cancellation, all monies paid will be forfeited.
