Due to the recent inclement weather, we regret to inform you that we must postpone the kickball tournament scheduled for this Friday July 12th. The current conditions have left the field wet and muddy, creating potential safety hazards for all participants.

Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of everyone involved. The wet and slippery conditions could lead to accidents or injuries, which would not only affect our participants but could also result in insurance complications (some areas are flooded). Therefore, after careful consideration, we have decided that postponing the event is the best course of action.

We are currently working on rescheduling the tournament and will provide you with the new date and time as soon as possible. We are hoping for the end of August! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. We look forward to a fun and safe tournament on a later date!
