Description

This course will instruct real estate agents on the proper use of residential contract addendums, how to explain the meaning of forms to their client and why the addendum is a legally binding document when added to the contract. Completing this course will provide license holders a better understanding of the addendums, correct usage specifically to the transaction and how addendums are for the protection of all parties involved this the transaction, including the license holder.

Cost: $30 for Primary and Secondary Board Members; $35 for MLS Only and Non-Members

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on February 20, 2025. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on February 20, 2025.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on February 20, 2025, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course.

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to reschedule for another course of the same value by contacting LAAR or request a refund.
