Description

The Broker Responsibility course addresses TREC's perspective of the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Students will gain an understanding and working knowledge of the law of agency and planning and organization of business entities. Plus, they will learn the requirements for written policies and procedures, records retention and control, advertising. Lastly, participants will learn about the recruitment and training of agents, and the anatomy of a complaint filed with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

To cancel and receive a refund, you must make a request in writing to tonya@laaronline.org by 5:00pm October 1, 2024. A $25 Cancellation Fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued after 5:00pm October 1, 2024. Phone calls will not suffice.
