This course serves as the core of the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation program. It is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The goal of this course is to set the foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed in the marketplace as buyers representatives. This course is a fundamental resource for understanding the duties that REALTORS® owe to clients, customers, the public, and fellow REALTORS® as outlined in the NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. In each course module you will examine a different topic; together they create a comprehensive guide to help you become an effective, efficient and profitable buyers representative.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class, you must log into your account at laaronline.org to cancel your registration or in writing by email to tonya@laaronline.org; phone calls will not suffice. 

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on October 16, 2024. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on October 16, 2024. 

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on October 17, 2024, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course. 

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to reschedule for another course of the same value with LAAR. Registration for the new class must be made by contacting LAAR within 7 days of the class cancellation. If registration has not been transferred within 7 days of cancellation, all monies paid will be forfeited.
