The President shall appoint the Chairman and at least _ members. All recommended actions and changes will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. Duties/Responsibilities 1) Administers the MLS according to the guidelines set forth in the MLS Rules and Regulations of the Longview Area Association of REALTORS® 2) Performs periodic review of MLS Rules and Regulations to verify compliance with guideline changes as stipulated by the National Association of REALTORS® 3) Monitors compliance by all participants and subscribers to the service 4) Reviews Service Fees associated with the effective operation of the MLS and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors when fee levels warrant reassessment.
