You must print, complete and return the TREC Course Policies to Tonya at tonya@laaronline.org in order to complete your registration. Without this form your registration will be cancelled. 

The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You will increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulator in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. In this 30-hour section, GRI: Contracts to Closing, the topics will include: Day 1: Finance Day 2: Residential Contracts Day 3: Appraisals, CMAs, and Pricing weight: Day 4: Diversity

Location: Remote Only via Zoom

Cost: $300 for Primary and Secondary Board Members; $320 for MLS Only and Non-Members

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class, you must do so by 5:00pm, March 19, 2025. You must log into your account at LAARonline.org to cancel your registration or in writing by email to tonya@laaronline.org; phone calls will not suffice.

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on March 20, 2025. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on March 20, 2025.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on March 19, 2025, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course.

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to reschedule for another course of the same value by contacting LAAR or request a refund.
