Description

The GRI Designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You'll increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. In this 30-Hour section - GRI Business Skills, topics will include: Seller Services, Buyer Services, Technology, and Environment & Green Building.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class, you must do so by 5:00pm, December 31, 2024. You must log into your account at LAARonline.org to cancel your registration or in writing by email to tonya@laaronline.org; phone calls will not suffice.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on December 31, 2024, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course.

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on January 2, 2025. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on January 2, 2025.

This course must have a minimum of 15 participants registered to make. If we do not reach 15 participants this course will be cancelled. Deadline is 5:00pm December 31, 2024.

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to reschedule for another course of the same value by contacting LAAR or request a refund.
