Description


Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class, you must do so by 5:00pm, October 30th, 2025. You must log into your account at LAARonline.org to cancel your registration or in writing by email to laarstaff@laaronline.org; phone calls will not suffice.

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on October 30th, 2025. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on October 30th, 2025.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on October 30th, 2025, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course.

This course must have a minimum of 15 participants registered to make. If we do not reach 15 participants this course will be cancelled. Deadline is 5:00pm October 30th, 2025.

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to request a refund. 

Fast Pass: Please email the photo you'd like to use for your Fast Pass. Once we upload it, you'll receive a separate email from Texas REALTORS®. This email will contain a link to your Fast Pass. To access your pass, click on the "Profile" link within the email. When your Fast Pass appears, take a screenshot and save it for your records. You can then send it to laarstaff@laaronline.org each time you register for a class, streamlining the process.
