Description

You must print, complete and return the TREC Course Policies to Tonya at tonya@laaronline.org in order to complete your registration. Without this form your registration will be cancelled.

The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You'll increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulator in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. 

In this 30-hour section, GRI: Contracts to Closing, the topics will include:

Day 1: Finance 

Day 2: Residential Contracts 

Day 3: Appraisals, CMAs, and Pricing 

Day 4: Diversity

In Person Only at the LAAR Office, 3550 N Fourth Street, Longview, TX 75605 

Cost: Primary & Secondary Board Members $280; MLS Only and Non-Members $300

Cancellation: To cancel a class, you must log into your account at LAARonline.org to cancel your registration or in writing by email to tonya@laaronline.org; phone calls will not suffice.

A refund, minus the $25 cancelation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on September 3, 2024. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm September 3, 2024. 

No Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by the deadline, 5:00pm on September 3, 2024, you will still be responsible for your payment of the course.

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, LAAR will reschedule the course and all attendees will automatically be transferred to the new course.
